ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of liquidity ratios, financial leverage, and profitability ratios in predicting the financial condition of financial distress at PT. Kurnia Adijaya Mandiri. The sample in this study uses quarterly financial report data from 2013 - 2020 with a total of 32 samples. The analytical tool used in this study uses the t-test, f-test, and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the quick ratio does no effect on financial distress. debt to asset ratio has a positive effect on financial distress. net profit margin has a positive effect on financial distress. Simultaneous testing of all these independent variables has a positive effect on financial distress. Keywords: Quick Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Financial Distress ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh rasio likuiditas, financial leverage dan rasio profitabilitas dalam memprediksi kondisi keuangan financial distress pada PT. Kurnia Adijaya Mandiri. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data laporan keuangan triwulan dari tahun 2013 - 2020 sebanyak 32 sampel. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam  penelitian ini mengunakan uji t, uji f serta regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa quick ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress. debt to asset ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap financial distress. net profit margin berpengaruh positif terhadap financial distress. Pengujian secara simultan semua variabel independen tersebut berpengaruh positif terhadap financial distress. Kata kunci : Quick Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Financial Distress
