ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the performance of village officials. The population is all village units in Gemuh sub-district, amounting to 104 people. The data collection method uses the census method. Data processing method using SPSS 23.0. The results of hypothesis testing show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, so that it can be interpreted the higher the motivation possessed by the village apparatus, the higher the job satisfaction. motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, so that it can be interpreted the higher the motivation possessed by village officials, the higher the commitment of the organization. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials, so that it can be interpreted as higher job satisfaction, the higher the performance of village officials. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials, so that it can be interpreted as the higher the organizational commitment, the higher the performance of village officials. Motivation has a significant effect on the performance of the village apparatus so that it can be interpreted the higher the motivation possessed by the village apparatus, the higher the performance of the village apparatus. The results of the analysis of mediation variables using the Sobel test, find job satisfaction and organizational commitment can mediate the effect of motivation on the performance of village officials.

 ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perangkat desa. Populasinya adalah seluruh perangkat desa di kecamatan Gemuh yang berjumlah 104 orang. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan metode sensus. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 23.0. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, semakin tinggi motivasi yang dimiliki perangkat desa maka semakin tinggi kepuasan kerjanya. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, semakin tinggi motivasi yang dimiliki perangkat desa maka semakin tinggi pula komitmen organisasinya. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perangkat desa, semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja perangkat desa. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perangkat desa, semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi maka semakin tinggi kinerja perangkat desa. Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perangkat desa, semakin tinggi motivasi dimiliki perangkat desa maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja perangkat desa tersebut. Hasil analisis variabel mediasi dengan menggunakan uji Sobel, menemukan kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi dapat memediasi pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja perangkat desa. Kata kunci: motivasi, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, kinerja perangkat desa
