KEPUASAN KERJA MEMEDIASI PENGARUH KOMITMEN AFEKTIF DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT RSUD TUGUREJO SEMARANG PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH

ABSTRACT

This study aims to analyze whether job satisfaction mediates the effect of affective commitment and training on nurse performance. The population is all nurses in Tugurejo Hospital as many as 432 people, while the sample taken as many as 235 respondents with random sampling technique and which can be processed in 195 copies. The results of hypothesis testing show that affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the higher the affective commitment, the higher job satisfaction. Training has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the better the training, the higher job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance, the higher the job satisfaction, the higher the nurse's performance. Affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance, the higher the affective commitment, the higher the nurse's performance. Training has a positive and significant effect on nurses' performance, the better the training conducted, the higher the nurse's performance. The results of the analysis using the Sobel test find job satisfaction mediates the effect of affective commitment on nurse performance. This proves that the higher job satisfaction increases the influence of affective commitment on nurse performance. Job satisfaction mediates the effect of training on nurse performance. This proves that the higher job satisfaction increases the influence of training on nurse performance.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh komitmen afektif dan pelatihan terhahap kinerja perawat. Populasinya adalah seluruh perawat di RSUD Tugurejo sebanyak 432 orang, sedangkan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 235 responden dengan teknik random sampling dan yang dapat diolah sejumlah 195 eksemplar. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan komitmen afektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, semakin tinggi komitmen afektif maka semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja. Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, semakin baik pelatihan maka semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat, semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja maka semakin tinggi kinerja perawat. Komitmen afektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat, semakin tinggi komitmen afektif maka semakin tinggi kinerja perawat. Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat, semakin baik pelatihan yang dilakukan maka semakin tinggi kinerja perawat. Hasil analisis menggunakan uji Sobel menemukan kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh komitmen afektif terhadap kinerja perawat. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja maka semakin meningkatkan pengaruh komitmen afektif terhadap kinerja perawat. Kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja perawat. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja maka semakin meningkatkan pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja perawat.
