SUPERVISI AKADEMIK MEMODERASI PENGARUH KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL DAN MODAL SOSIAL TERHADAP KINERJA GURU (STUDI PADA SMK NEGERI 2 PATI)

Abstrak

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kompetensi profesional, modal sosial, dan supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini juga menguji apakah supervisi akademik memoderasi pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru, serta menguji juga apakah supervisi akademik memoderasi pengaruh modal sosial terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMK Negeri 2 Pati. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi yaitu seluruh guru SMK Negeri 2 Pati yang berjumlah 154 orang. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji F, uji R2, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, modal sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, supervisi akademik tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, supervisi akademik tidak memoderasi pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru, supervisi akademik memperkuat pengaruh modal sosial terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

This research is for examining the influence of  professional competence, social capital, and academic supervision on teacher performance. Then also examining what the academic supervision moderating influence of professional competence to the teacher performance, and what  the academic supervision moderating effect of social capital on teacher performance. The type of this research is a explanatory research.The population in this study were teachers at SMK Negeri 2 Pati. This research used all teachers at SMK Negeri 2 Pati amounted to 154 people. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroskedastisitas test, F test,  R² test, and t test. The results of the research shows that the professional competence takes effect positive and significant to teacher performance, the social capital take effect positive and significant to teacher performance, the academic supervision doesn’t have any effect to teacher performance, the academic supervision doesn’t moderate the influence of professional competence on teacher performance, and the academic supervision strengthening the effect of social capital on teacher performance.
