ANALISIS HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELING (SEM) : STUDI KASUS DI PT YAMAHA MUSIC MFG ASIA

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai hubungan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja (job satisfaction) karyawan dan kinerja (work performance) dengan menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Dari persamaan model struktural diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut : nilai koefisien indikator pay sebesar 1,224 dan p-value 0,139 dengan demikian indikator pay tidak berpengaruh dengan job satisfaction, nilai koefisien indikator quality of supervision sebesar 3,717 dan p-value 0,001 dengan demikian berpengaruh positif yang signifikan, semakin tinggi quality of supervision maka job satisfaction akan baik, nilai koefisien indicator fringe benefit sebesar 1,133 dan p-value 0,003 dengan demikian berpengaruh positif yang signifikan, semakin tinggi fringe benefit maka job satisfaction akan baik, nilai koefisien indikator contingent reward sebesar 3,450 dan p-value 0,001 dengan demikian berpengaruh positif yang signifikan, semakin tinggi contingent reward maka job satisfaction akan baik, nilai koefisien indikator operation conditions sebesar -1.173 dan p-value 0,002 dengan demikian, berpengaruh negatif yang signifikan, semakin tinggi operation conditions maka akan job satisfaction akan menurun, nilai koefisien coworker sebesar 0,751 dan p-value 0,029 dengan demikian, berpengaruh positif yang signifikan, semakin tinggi coworker maka job satisfaction naik, nilai koefisien indikator natures of work sebesar 0,346 dan p-value 0 dengan demikian berpengaruh positif yang signifikan, semakin tinggi natures of work maka job satisfaction akan naik, nilai koefisien variabel job satisfaction sebesar -0.004 dan p-value 0,073 dengan demikian tidak berpengaruh job satisfaction terhadap work performance, nilai koefisien variabel work Performance sebesar -11,087 dan p-value 0,074 dengan demikian tidak berpengaruh work performance terhadap job satisfaction.Kata kunci : Job satisfaction, Work performance, Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM) ABSTRACThis study aims to assess the relationship between the factors that affect job satisfaction (employee satisfaction) and performance (work performance) by using analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
