PERAN KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI KERJA, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA PEGAWAI DI LAW FIRM YOSEP PARERA DI SEMARANG

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, work motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Yosep Parera Law Firm in Semarang. The population in this study amounted to 45 respondents. Samples were taken using census sampling technique. The data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis testing 1 (H1) show that leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, meaning that the wiser the leadership, the higher the employee's performance. The results of hypothesis 2 (H2) work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, meaning that the higher the work motivation, the higher the employee's performance. The results of hypothesis 3 (H3) the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, meaning that the more comfortable the work environment, the higher the employee's performance. Keywords: Leadership, Work Motivation, Work Environment and Employee Performance. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Law Firm Yosep Parera di Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 45 responden. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sensus sampling. Alat analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis pengujian hipotesis 1 (H1) menunjukkan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, artinya semakin bijaksana kepemimpinan, maka akan semakin tinggi kinerja pegawai. Pengujian hipotesis 2 (H2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, artinya semakin tinggi motivasi kerja, maka akan semakin tinggi kinerja pegawai. Pengujian hipotesis 3 (H3) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, artinya semakin nyaman lingkungan kerja, maka akan semakin tinggi kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai
